The recent Which? Awards have announced the top UK shopping outlets, and Fragrance Direct is thrilled to get in on a piece of the action. Which? is a consumer review site that functions ‘as a consumer champion’ its ‘campaigns work to make your lives fairer, and offers advice that helps you make informed decisions on products and services.’ The 2015 Which? Awards revealed the online shops that the nation loves the most, based on the results of their latest survey ‘ and we made it to the top 10!
The Which? online shops survey is one of the most comprehensive yet, for 2015 the survey was opened to the public and welcomed responses from over 10,000 UK shoppers. All this data was gathered and analysed to pull together the Which? report that outlined the best UK online shops, and here at Fragrance Direct couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
We’d like to think that we do our upmost to meet the demands of our customers and it is great to see that the trend for price driven online shopping is set to continue. Which? research claims ‘online shopping has boomed over the past few years. In the UK, it accounted for 7.3% of retail spending in the UK in 2009, 13.1% in 2014 and is forecast to reach 18.3% in 2019. Our survey revealed [shoppers are moving online] because it’s easier for them to find what they’re looking for, it’s cheaper, has a greater choice of products, and you can shop around the clock. Price is the top factor when deciding which website to use, with nearly four in ten people saying this is most important.’
