Handy Tips
Our hands are constantly on show and they often inform people of whether we are engaged or married and can give away our age. Looking after our hands can help health wise and also will make them look younger allowing us to look great with vibrant nail varnishes.
Treat your Palms
Use your favourite hand cream at least twice a day, once in the morning after you shower and before you go to bed. Use your hand cream sparingly and drop a spot into the centre of your hand and rub together. Using your thumb massage the palm of your other hand with working in the moisture and then swap and do the same with the other hand. This not only feels great and relaxes your hands it deeply moisturizes your skin, try Almay Daily Hand Lotion for this.
Exfoliate
Less people remember to do this than apply hand cream….yet this does not mean it is any less important to do. Removing the dead skin cells from our faces is something that we would consider more readily and the result is soft and silky, allowing our skin to breath and our complexions to look fresher and younger. Exfoliating your hands may now start to make sense especially if you want to keep your hands looking young. These products are great for this; Dr Lewinns’ Revitalising Hand Polish Sea Salt Exfoliator, Opal Crafts Hand Care Kit Gift Set.
