Using fragrances throughout the day
In the morning, a person’s sense of smell is not quite as accurate as it is at other times of the day. Therefore when you are applying a fragrance in the morning make sure you do it carefully.
For a period of time during the morning you are likely to be engrossed in getting to work and probably are not even thinking about impressing anyone with your fragrance; your energies are otherwise channelled and your sense of smell is the last thing on anyone’s mind.
As the day progresses, brain functions will naturally pick up pace, which will in turn sap your body energy and so revitalising breaks are a good idea. During a break, dabbing yourself with your favourite fragrance will appeal to your sense of smell, uplift you and get you back into a rhythm again.
The more powerful a fragrance, the more you need to be careful about the amount you apply. When spraying your clothes, do this sparingly. If you find that you have sensitive skin and using fragrances causes irritation then try applying it to your clothes as a good alternative. Furthermore, applying a fragrance to clothing means that it will last longer.
