Christian Dior to launch Fahrenheit flanker
Christian Dior is about to introduce their second flanker to the highly popular and recognisable designer aftershave classic Fahrenheit, which was launched in 1988. The latest designer aftershave is called Fahrenheit Absolute and it is the third in the line of Fahrenheit fragrances and follows the 2007 flanker Fahrenheit 32. Christian Dior’s latest designer aftershaves are a more intense and slightly darker version of the original Fahrenheit (a light floral aftershave).
The latest Dior designer fragrance is due to launch at the end of August this year and advertising images are already beginning to surface which shows the composition of a mysterious man who is departing on an exciting adventure.
The imagery is extremely atmospheric and presents an incandescent and surreal situation that makes you consider whether you are at the end or beginning of a new age.
Fahrenheit is famous for its violet note which does remain in the scent, along with resinous myrrh which has been added as a top note. The heart of the fragrance is incense and the base is oud.
Other fragrance notes in the aftershave include nutmeg and carnation.
